31 days project: Day 30

Welcome to the penultimate post for the big naked pain and brain campaign – forgiveness and acceptance

This is the second clip from the railway man. It highlights that although the scars can still be there in the background forgiveness and acceptance is part of moving forward as opposed to being consumed by suffering. Pain is inevitable suffering is optional. Persistent pain is more to do with changes in our nervous system therefore understanding those change can help to make a plan and a goal to overcome our suffering associated with pain. So taking action and moving forward provides an incentive for change. Watch this clip of acceptance and forgiveness from the railway man.

Enjoy!

Tune in tomorrow for the Finale!!
