Day 26 of the Big Naked Pain & Brain Campaign: you should be dancing

A classic movie and a classic piece of music! Yes we should be dancing and music is a great way to help distract our attention away from pain. Dancing has a multitude of benefits including improving your flexibility, strength, balance and endurance.  It can help reduce stress, depression, improve your mental health by exercising cognitive processes and creates new neural paths. It allows you to interact and socialize with other people. What a great way to help manage pain. So get out there and dance!
